Default won't shift from 3rd to 4th

ok so here's wat I got, my iac has been acting up for the last few weeks. well today it got bad n once I got home n put the truck in park it shot to 2k rpm at idle. i stopped at the store on my way home n when I went to leave the rpms was at bout 1500 when I shifted to reverse to back up then 1500 to shift into drive, the truck slammed into both years, right before I got home, maybe the the last 3 miles of my drive, my truck would not shift from 3rd to 4th at 45 mph. no codes were present n no cel. so I torn apart the throttle body n cleaned it n and cleaned the iac to fix my idle issue, while putting it back on the truck I used some electronics cleaner to clean the iac tps n map connectors. so I got it all back together n start the truck n idle is back perfect but now I have a cel, codes p0123 tps circuit high, and a p0740 torque converter circuit. deleted the codes n test drive the truck, drives fine but still won't shift 3rd to 4th. check fluid, it was a little low so I filled it n still the same issue. cel is back on but just the p0123 code this time. Wat did i damage in the trans n newd to fix to get it to shift from 3rd to 4th, this is a 99 ram 1500 5.2. please help I need this running so I can get to work.

Replace the TPS, clear codes, and see what happens.

I think there are a couple solenoids that need to be replaced. I believe there are aftermarket options that are better than OEM replacement. Adjust the bands and change the filter while you have the pan off.

Sure does. If the PCM thinks you have your toenails in the radiator, it is going to hold gears, and will never go into O/D.
