Default Cranks no start and no spark

Hi all,

I have a 2000 Ram 1500 5.2 motor I got as project free. I've slowly been working on the truck for a couple of months. I have corrected several minor issues with the truck. However, I am ready start it and have it run. It did run but, only on starter fluid. Now, it will not run at all. I pulled the plug on one of the cylinders and found I have no spark. Wondering if I missed something. Here's what I've done so far. The truck came with several free parts as well new in the box and I have installed them all. I have replaced the crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, and ignition coil I figured those would all effect the spark and since I had new stuff it was good preventative measure. I know they are the right parts for the truck as well. What could be the issue? I'd like to tackle this problem ASAP so I can move on to easier stuff on it. As for the fuel issue I pressure tested the fuel system at the rail and got the factory required amount of fuel pressure and it held for about 2 minutes. Truck also has no OBD codes.

Thanks for any help.
