Nope. You'll never guess what it was...track bar relocation bracket. I couldn't see it move because I only had me. But I turned the wheeland my dad caught it moving. It wad the bolt in the pic (1" bolt and nut). I must saw WOW with the "T" steering this steering is as tight as my 06 Chargers steering, with an Advance Auto steering box! RamMan was right about not needing a Steering Stabilizer as I have none. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 98-99HD "T" Steering for 99 and down Rams and the 08 "T" Steering for 2000 and up Rams!
The t steering is great until the joints loosen up a little bit, then you have a dead spot in your steering from the drag link just rotating the tie bar, instead of moving it left/right.....

I bought AC Delco ones and they come with a flat boot and metal cover so it can't roll I'll get a pic later

Mine has what looks to be hockey pucks with a hole drilled in 'em in that location. The rubber (or whatever they are made of...) has broken down to the point that they are as soft as putty, so, they aren't doing their job any more. I haven't made it to lowes to get the steel and rubber washers as yet. (not annoying enough yet, to spend the time/money/effort to deal with it......) Working under there is a right pain in the neck for me.

Lift it like mine I can sit under there and I'm 5'11" . Them seem to be a plastic as they have no give what so ever. I was going tti get the cheaper ones on RockAuto (would have saved me like $8 on each) but I couldn't see how the grease would stay in doing the washer trick. This type holds the grease in
