I want it to be 3D I make vinyl stickers and thought about a sticker but I want it to be 3 dimensional. I found a company who will make any badge but they want $550 to make 2. I might go that route down the road.

Thanks I appreciate the compliment! I wish I know someone with a 3D printer or I was good enough with computers to buy one myself. I thought about custom badges but they get expensive quick unless you order 300+

More Pics and Review of Undercoatings
So far here is how the paint is going
Base Coat: Self Etching Primer
1st Coat: RustolRust Professional Undercoating (look below for a review)
2nd Coat: Stop Rust Paint
3rd Coat: 3M Professional (Bondo) Undercoating
4th Cost: Same as 3rd Coat
I'm only on the 2nd Coat and figured I'd post pics.
Here is the review of all the undercoating I could get my hands on. What I did was spray each one on a junk piece of metal, then it was dropped, rocks thrown at it, and tried to scratch it. I also used my paint depth gauge to see how thick it went on. All of this was done after 2 coatings of undercoating with self etching primer and allowing the undercoating to cure for 24hrs.
Rust-Oleum Regular & Professional Undercoating
Thickness: .5mm
Tests: when scratched it turns grey and failed the drop and rock test and flaked off and did not deaden any sound (it was advertised to only on the professional)
Pros: None
Cons: Everything
My opinion: Junk not worth the money
Price: $6.79
Dupli-Color Professional Undercoating
Thickness: 3.4mm
Test: Held up really well and when scratched did not change colors deadened some sound
Pros: Same price as Rust-Oleum but better, really durable
Cons: Stays tacky even when dry
My opinion: Good if you are on a budget
Price: $6.50
3M Regular and Professional Series
Thickness: 5.8mm
Test: Really good at everything. Really had to scratch and passed the rock and drop test
Pros: Durable, Strong, and bonds really well
Cons: price
My opinion: If you can swing the money get this
Price: 12.50
Honestly you can find this stuff cheap online, but this is my love stores at the cheapest I could find.
