So I picked this up from UPS today and they forgot a piece so the company is shipping it out and I should have it Friday or Monday at the latest. After this I finally got the design of my rock sliders done and they will get built, then I'm waiting on my air lockers and I'll install them into the diffs. I decided on 42" tires and 6.17 gearing along with a upgraded NV4500 or G56 both will have a 7.8 first great.

 

Got the center section tack welded up and I must say I really like it. I have to make a filler panel for above the bumper because of the body lift.

I really like it! Next is weld the winch plate in, grind the rest of the welds and paint.

 

Thought the cab I bought was in really good shape other then two small holes in the rocker. WRONG!. So just to pass inspection I welded in a patch piece but I will need inner, support, outer rocker and inner and outer cab corner (may not need the inner cab corner) for both sides. It will cost me $1,088 with shipping. I ordered them and they haven't shipped yet. So until then when I try to do a walk through enjoy these pics!

 

28th of this month I take the truck to my interior guy and he is installing Katskin leather seats with the Degreez system (heated and cooled, not ventilated, seats), with purple perforated centers. I might be switching to 5th gen seats as they are more customized, but for $4600 I'll run these seats for at least a year.
