Front Right Caliper Sticking
So I've replaced pads, rotors, and calipers up front, and after that the front right brake was still dragging. I let it be for a month because I didn't have the time to mess with that issue, as it was a smaller issue at the time, but I checked them again, put another set of new pads in, and its still dragging that one caliper. I have no rear brakes, they are snipped and crimped at the master. I don't care about that, I care about why my passenger caliper is dragging all the time. Its super hot compared to the driver side, and looks like there is a lot more wear on the brand new rotor. Why would this be happening?
did you replace the soft/hard line? sometimes they close off and cause issues... they're not expensive, but getting it off the hardline can cause you a domino effect of replacing hard lines. Lots of penetrating oil will help.
+1. to test it do this...
have someone apply and release the brake. as soon as the pedal is released, crack the bleeder screw on the caliper...if fluid spurts out , the flex line is the problem. if the flex line was ok, the fluid would just drip out.

I once had one of those flexible brake hoses get blocked up. It seems that they come apart on the inside, and will even act like a check valve allowing only one way flow. It turned my brake rotor blue.
Don't forget to grease up your guide pins too. Mine were all gunked up with dirt and grime in the grease so instead of reusing the old ones I bought new ones and greased those up. That helped fix my dragging brakes.
Not to much grease! To much creates a vacuum and it's like not putting any grease on them.

What I've found with the 2500 calipers, is that the caliper rusts and squeezes the rubber bushing that the pin slides through - causing it to stick. So I pull the rubber bushings and clean then use brake grease on the holes (napa sli-glyde), then put the bushing back in... then sli-glyde the pins. If I don't do that, I have binding going on within a year or so.
But that is probably not his problem because his calipers are new, my $ is on the soft brake lines.
