On the battery drain part you should check your iod fuse. Think its under the hood. Thats the ignition off drain. May have popped. Install any lights, radio, anything electrical on the truck lately?

I know. Its just awful. Comast is about two blocks from me, (less than a mile) but, they won't extend out here either.
Indication the sensor is bad. If it still runs bad, remove the sensor, if it runs better, THAT means the cat is clogged.

I replaced the downstream sensor and had a new cat put on less than two thousand miles ago. That said, I suspected that the cat they installed was too small and not the correct one.

Thank you. I'll check that. No, I haven't installed anything new, but I did have several things unplugged when I installed a heater core and evaporator core. I also installed a new clock spring at the same time. The battery drain problem started after I did that.

Turns out the IOD fuse in in the fuse block on the side of my dash. I finally figured out how to get it out, checked it and it's not blown.
Thanks again for the tip. I had no idea about it and will remember it for future issues.
