Right I like to do preventative maintenance. But I'm not gonna go at it just replacing parts this time. I learned that the hard way. The stethoscope is a good idea.

You could drop a 408 in there, just need the correct dampner, and flexplate. (360 is external balance.) Use the sensors off your current motor. You will need a tune for the 408..... and they ain't cheap to build either.

Ok, I don't know if I'm gonna go that route or not. Just thought id ask. Thanks everyone for the help. I'm gonna give the stethosstethoscope a try
