so I performed a test on my crank sensor, I have constant 5 volts in and constant 5 volts out, never a fluctuation In my meter whether cranking or bumping , I’m guessing this is telling me my crank sensor is bad? I get 12 volts to my coil still when I turn on the key but goes away as soon as I crank it.

Reason: Frickin spell check!
Yep, sounds like a bad one, only replace it with a genuine mopar replacement part. The aftermarket fellers just don't work as well.
so wanted to thank everybody for their help, and finish my thread out, after numerous trips to the parts store, and 2 months of aggravation, and only about $300 in parts, turns out the first part I bought, the crank sensor, was wrong, my 96 truck uses a 97 crank sensor, plug is different. But I’m happy, it’s runnong better than ever with all the new parts!😂 thanks again, till next time!!
