heh if thier anything like my cable company I would agree... god old DSL here, course they pretty much keep on top of my stuff since I work in telecom and I am always the first to call when something goes caddywompus.

I downloaded the file but would like to save it for future use and it wasn't letting me. Without having to go back through 14 pages to look for answer can someone tell me how to accomplish this

when you download, choose save to disk, not open file. You probably have it on your HD somewhere, but you just don't know where.
