Default 1994 Ram passenger headlight problem

I have a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 and the passenger headlight is much dimmer than the drivers side and when I go to high beams it gets even dimmer. I have checked all grounds and removed the daytime running lights module as I thought this was the problem, but neither has fixed the issue. What do I check next?

Headlamp switch provides power to the lamps, ground is going to be near the lights somewhere. Each side has it's own ground. You have a bad connection somewhere. (power feed is common on both sides, so, your problem is either the ground, or the connections at the dim light, or even the light itself.)

What do you mean daytime running lights module? Exactly what kind of headlights are you running?
