Hello, I am installing my 46RE transmission back into my truck, I did mark the drive plate to the torque converter in proportion to each other when I took it out, however the shop I took it to for the rebuild painted the torque converter red, so I guessed where the four bolts went in. My question is will this do any harm to the transmission or create problems down the road?

Then it doesn't matter which way it bolts up. Balance weights are on the flexplate, tc is neutral balance. If it weren't, then it would only bolt up properly one way. (one bolt hole would be slightly offset from the others.)
