Default Air blowing only from top/defrost at all times.

Fan speeds work, but no control over hot/cold. Cruise control works fine.

What year? Often the cause is vacuum leak but a stuck actuator or blend door can also be symptomatic. Check all the vacuum lines from manifold to firewall. If cable operated, the blend **** may have broke internally. If electric, the interposer broke on the blend motor.

Default This sounds like two separate issues.

I'm pretty sure the vent selection dial as vacuum-controlled. Years ago I had a vacuum leak, and the heat/AC air would switch from dash vents to defrost under heavy engine load. As already suggested, check your vacuum lines near the firewall - that's where my leak was.

Regarding the lack of control over the air temperature, that is related to the blend door motor. The link provided by Moparite will tell you pretty much everything you need to know. I just did that repair myself. It's not difficult, just a bit tedious getting the housing screws out. I filmed it and posted the video on YouTube...if you're interested, I'll send you the link.
