What is odd to me is I have a 180° thermostat and when it closes (around 168-173) I have hot heat. So I don't know why your heat is crappy

at 181-185 I have great heat, around 175-178 luke warm, I have to pick up a new thermos gun and just got in a new temp sensor. im very confused, its like the thermos is stuck open, but when I hold the hose, I feel nothing moving, when the thermos opens, I feel it flowing. very confusing, I will try a few more things and let all know.

Crappy heat is an air pocket in the heater core. Poor design from dodge. The way it's set up, it is almost impossible to get all the air out of it..... without removing the hoses, and filling it manually. But, that won't affect engine temp at all. If the engine is not getting up to the thermostat temp, coolant is bypassing the thermostat somehow.
