Default Flickering / Dimming lights

Hey All - I never noticed this before, but tonight I had to plow a small area and my plow lights started to flicker and dim, as well as my dash lights ever time I moved the plow. If it did this in the past, it was minimal, as I can't remember. It dims quite a bit. Just the other day I did check the battery and it was okay.

I did read some place that the truck will do this if it's not heated up, but I don't know. I just don't want to get stuck any place.

Running a 1995 ram 2500 V10.

And grounds. On some trucks, we needed to install additional grounds on trucks with plows..... (body/frame to battery) Check/clean the ones ya got.
