97 Ram 360 PCM (manual or automatic transmission depending on which one you go with), either a 46RE (Auto) or NV4500 (Manual), and a 97 360 Intake and Wire Harness.

You can, but, don't expect the NV3500 to last long behind the 360. There is a reason they never came that way from the factory.

Instead of trying to use the 98 electronics, getting the wiring/pcm from a 96 or 97 truck would be much easier. Also, the 98 intake manifold isn't going to have a provision for the second coolant temp sensor.... you will have to either get a different intake, or, drill/tap for the second sensor.

You have to get a flywheel and clutch for a 5.9 2500 with the nv4500 transmission, because the 5.9 has an externally balanced flywheel.
