Default 2001 Dodge Ram 46re trans slipping in lockup

Hey guys, first post on this forum. I know everyone’s sick of hearing about 46re problems but here we go. The truck in question is a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 with the 5.9 magnum and 46re transmission. The problem at hand is I’m experiencing slipping (not surging) as well as the occasional CEL (P1740) in lockup in 3rd and O/D. Now for the parts list, every single sensor in the trans is new along with a transgo jr. shift kit installed and fresh fluid/filter within 10 000km, a brand new torque converter, front pump, rebuilt overdrive unit, and I deleted that stupid check valve between the cooler line and the trans. Now this same issue arose quite a while ago and the slipping got so bad it was concerning, so I went ahead and replaced the torque converter, and threw in the shift kit while I was at it. The slipping was heat dependent, and after the new tc and shift kit the truck ran amazing. No slipping whatsoever. No engine light. All was good. I’m leaning towards maybe a bad or clogged trans cooler but help would be appreciated as I’m more than fed up with this truck.

Where the bands adjusted as well? If so, what specs were used?
