They had none installed from the factory but issued a TSB and installed a check valve the size of a 52mm film canister (size of the reservoir)

Okay thanks guys, tomorrow I will get once from autozone, the black circle universal one again. Install it after the HVAC check valve and report back. Fingers cross this works!

They didn't use one like that but it might work they used this one on the HVAC line.

You can read the tsb here. Make sure you put the the check valves on the correct way or they will do nothing to solve the issue. I replaced my check valves with napa units. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NDP7301349

Sure they will. If you install them backwards, the vents won't work at all.

That is a big reservoir. It will work (I'm not sure if it has a check valve in it) but will have to be mounted
