Default Headlights turn on and off while driving

So I have a 1994 2500 and the headlights will randomly turn on and off, I have replaced the headlight switch and that didn't do the trick. What do I need to do? Thanks

What type of headlights do you have? 2 bulb or 4 bulb?

They are just the stock headlights. Could I replace them with led headlights? Would that help because its crossed my mind
So I did some what of a test tonight and I only had my low beams on for a couple hours and was just fine. Then I turned my brights on and they lasted a few minutes then started turning on and off. Then I switched back to my dims and they did it 3-4 times then stopped.

Sorry missed the year. You could but I believe you have a wiring issue, which changing the headlights won't work. Check the power and ground wires for your headlights. I would probably bet on a ground issue.

I'll scope it out better in the morning and chime back in tomorrow night and let you know. Thank you

Read the TSB/recal! It should have included the 2500's also due to the extra lights that cause more amp draw. Look at your connector on the headlight switch, Bet it has one or more heated or melted terminals. This was the case with mine and you need to replace connector also(available at RA).
