Alright so I noticed my 4x4 wasnt engaging, no light or any front wheel movement. Thought it was the CAD, took the actuator off, it had gear oil in the vacuum diaphragm and the fork wasnt moving nicely, clean it up, moving nice and everything. Then went to test if itll engage, so I put it in 4hi, and I can feel the lever pop in gear but when I give it gas, theres no power to the front or rear wheels. I just roll. Any ideas as to what it could be? Havent seen anything online.

No power to rear either? Something broke in the transfer case.

 

Do you have 4Lo or 2Hi? Every once in a while I manage to throw my t-case in neutral when trying to quickly get 4Hi on traffic lights :lol:

 

I'm kinda leaning on my transfercase is no good anymore
And I just have 2HI, if I go to into 4HI or 4LO it just rolls, no power to either front or rear

 

That's definitely the case. They are relatively easy to rebuild if you can let your truck parked
