Quick status update: Had a friend come over with a multi-meter and one of those ground tester/creators. Checked the positive battery cable and it turns out the strand going to the fuse box had no power. Turns out it was because of the paint on the connectors. Filed all the paint off and clamped everything back down, ECU was now getting power, which I guess is why the system did not code. After hooking up a scanner, 0 RPM when cranking, ECU through a code "Crank Position Sensor circuit". Checked the 5V reference and made sure all was good. Checked all grounds everything looked good. Everything pointed to the CPS. I purchased a new CPS (Not mopar, but I just needed something to get to me a job interview) Spent the better part of my day in the rain installing it. Still nothing, refuses to start. Going to try to have my friend come back over with his scanner and see if its giving me the same code. Battery is on the charger. Any other ideas?
