If they are both the same year, then yep, same PCM, if they are different engines, only programming will be different, you will just run a bit rich or lean, (depending on which engine you are trying to run....) in open loop. Can be easily fixed by having it flashed at the dealer, for the correct engine size. Also need to flash it for the correct VIN, otherwise, ABS, and SRS won't work.

HeyYou, they are 2 different years and engines. I don’t want to go through that with the dealership. I did like you said and I have no voltage at the wiring going to the IAC. I disconnected the TPS and it immediately shut off. Also did a carb cleaner check for vacuum leaks. But with no 12v at IAC, I would assume the ECM is bad??? I may just wait it out for a while. My plan is to put some HP in this thing soon. I also want to swap to manual tranny. Vroom Vroom. Thanks for the help.

Yep, if the wiring checks out, (continuity check) PCM is bad.
