Bellhousing is different bolt pattern on the engine side, I don't know about the input shaft.

I don't think they are as rockauto doesn't list any specifically for the diesel or v10 application making it seem they are the same. Bur I could be wrong. My books list no difference

They are, V10 and diesel share bolt pattern that differs from smaller gassers.
