Default Removing fuel rails on 5.9L

Is it possible to remove just one fuel rail on the 5.9 engine? There's a crossover fuel line between the two rails that looks like it can't be removed or replaced easily. I'm just trying to replace one injector on cylinder 5.

Yep, the back line is at least reasonably flexible.

Thanks, it flexed fine when I pulled the rail out.

Cut it, and put something similar in it's place. You'll have to split the tube where it is heat pressed onto the nipples on the fuel rails. Be REAL careful with this repair, fuel leaks can get expensive...... Your truck will burn to the ground before anyone shows up to put it out.
