11 No crank reference signal at PCM. That one right there will cause a fair few problems.
12 is nothing to concern yourself about.
21 O2 stays at center, or, shorted out. Still the original sensor?
31 and 32 are emissions control codes. (EVAP, and EGR, respectively.) control circuit malfunction.
37 TTC control circuit.... the PCM tells it to engage, but, doesn't see the RPM drop it wants.
46 Charging system, voltage too high.......

Tested charging system at autozone, altenator tested good, battary weak. I just bought the truck. O2 sensor could be original. A couple of vacum leaks I'm working on but I'm no electriction. New cap rotor and wires. Plugs due to be shipped in a day or so.

Start with basic maintenance. (which you already have a good start on. ) Clean the throttle body, while it's off, take a look at the plenum. (inside the intake manifold) see any oil pooling in there?

Weak battery *might* be a contributor to some of your electrical issues. These trucks are really sensitive to that kind of thing.

New O2 sensor may not be a bad idea either, considering the code..... NTK or Denso sensor only please, don't bother with bosch. Our trucks don't like 'em.

Ok. I'll start on the batt, 02 and I will check/clean intake, good to do before new plugs anyway. Then I'll hit the zone again for a vac diagram. My phone and printer interface doesn't agree with autozones website. Update to follow. Thanks.

You can download the factory service manual from the faq section here. That will be a great help as well. Check the service manual thread.

Get the service manual. It will tell you what all the connectors are, and where they should go.
