There is another section that shows ground locations. It's toward the end of 8w, as I recall..... (or, maybe the beginning??)

It's after connector pinouts

Well... Sunday wrench day is a bust. Found the grounds, made nice new connections, tested out good and nothing. Tried a spare cluster, nothing, looks like the computer took a dive. Maybe the fresh batteries gave it a surge it wasn’t expecting, maybe it was on its way out and full voltage was all it needed. I did have to jump the truck a couple times.

This is is why I post here, I had no idea they were connected. I’ll check the FSM for a diagnostic procedure.
