He is more finesse then I am. I can remove that cylinder head! I promise you that! I would like to remove it without damaging it. I have a pretty good track record of breaking tools and various parts! They just don't make em like then used to!

Would be kind of hard to break it. Even though it is aluminum

Those heads don't look aluminium to me? But I will get it handled in the am!

Confirmed. The manifolds, the pistons and the serpentine belt brackets are about the only aluminium on that engine. Block and heads are cast iron. So they should be good and tough to pry on to break em loose! It's all about having the proper tool! At a buddies shop. Where the truck broke down. So I don't have access to a lot.

Verify you got all the bolts out.... I have had some hide under a pool of oil.....

Wow, there are only 12 bolts holding the heads to the block..... That seems.... inadequate?
