Mirrors blowing a fuse on 95 2500

My passenger aftermarket tow mirror is blowing my alum fuse and I can not figure out why its blowing it.

Which fuse is it blowing? Did you tap into an existing circuit for power? Does it blow the fuse when you move the mirror?
