Plenum gasket, plugged cat, new timing chain, new O2 sensor NTK. Actually all the sensors are old, our trucks are fussy though, they like Mopar sensors or I've had good luck with Standard Motor Products sensors, not BWD or Duralast. A new IAC valve and clean the throttle body wouldn't hurt. Fuel sync has a range where it is acceptable, I have a theory that fuel MPG is possibly better towards one side of that range. MPG is really tough because we don't know how you drive, or what elevation you live at. Does it take an hour to go 5 miles to work or 10 minutes to go 10 miles? I think you can do better than 10 MPG though. Check for vacuum leaks. Run some more Seafoam through it. Alignment affects it also.

My truck gets 29mpg. How you say?

I bought a Harley last year to commute when nice in lieu of my truck. So I did simple liberal math to figure my carbon offset and save whales:

Ram = 13mpg
Harley = 45mpg
45 + 13 / 2
MPG to get me to work = 29

Lololololol
