What grit paper did you use on the crank? I'm contemplating doing my mains possibly soon myself as well.....

Don't think I would use anything less than 600 grit..... 800 might be better..... Consider, they are polished from the factory.....

Yeah, I use 1200 SiC wet on alot of polished metals...just wondered what he used to get those results...
