Motor swap v10 to a 5.9

Hello i have a 2001 dodge ram 2500 v10 magnum 4x4 i was wondering how hard it would be to swap them out

Engine, trans, wiring harness, maybe the PCM, engine mounts..... Not an easy swap.

The gas mileage isn't that much different...... why would you wanna swap?
