Ok, so i am a goober... meter is in series so the battery was connected. DOH!

Thank you DerTruck for the help thus far!

and I see in the owners manual, on the positive side, what it reads regarding how #1 fuse(L50) affects those you listed. thank you sir!

This is resolved. Super BIG THANK YOU to DerTruck for being patient and keeping me on the right path!

Issue was batteries were draining due to parasitic draw.
Used Volt meter on 10 amps in series to the negative terminal to see how much the current was being drawn down. Pulled fuses in engine bay till found #1 fuse that stopped the draw of amps. Looking at wiring diagram posted above and traced it to the inside fuse box fuses (see above). Inside fuse box #12 IOD was causing the amperage draw. Further down in the wiring diagrams you could see that IOD was tied to inside lights and cargo lights. Removed lights until found the culprit. Glove box light was the culprit. The glove box door hung down a little and wasn't pushing the switch closed. Removed the switch till I find a better solution. I will most likely address when I go through and replace the plastics around the dash since they are all cracked.

Glad you found the problem, and good that you could follow the troubleshooting via the wiring diagram. Gonna be easier next time

This helped me greatly!!!! Did the same thing you did pulling fuses then checked with you all! I need dash also. But it's a work truck drive it 7 miles to and from work!

Glovrbox switch broke, just disconnected dont need it.
