97 Dodge ram 1500 Truck quit pulling after having cruise control on

I was driving down the interstate and had the cruise control set at 65 mph when it just quit pulling after about 150 miles

It just quit pulling all of a sudden and then it wouldn't take back off

Might want to describe "quit pulling", Stopped moving? Also may want to check the vac line going to the vacuum actuator under the battery. They break a lot.
