Default 1998 Ram V10 Spark Plug Change

I have a newly acquired Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with 94,000 miles on the clock. I started changing the spark plugs on the passenger side of the engine and the first plug broke off at the head leaving the barrel and ground tip flush with the head!. WTF I thought this was a ford thing. Anyway, the 3rd and 5th plug broke also. So 3 out of 5 plugs are stuck in the head at this point, This is not how I pictured this job in my head.
Outcomes the acetylene torch with a brazing tip - Easy-out - and my trusty Snap-On 3/8" tap holder. I heated up the spark plug hole/threads red to orange hot then taped in my easy-out in the hole and said a few prayers and started cranking counter-clockwise then a pop sounded just like when the plug broke. Did I just snap the easy out in half? nope out came the spark plug barrel intact. I did this for the other 2 holes without any issues then put in the new plug slathered with "NeverSeize" and called it quits for the night, Anyway, I ran out of liquid courage and juice
