Default Blinkers and Wipers not working properly

So I was driving last week and it started to rain. I twisted the **** and no wiper movement. Then I went to use my blinker/turn signal and no blinker flashing (left or right side). Pulled into gas station and turned off truck. Turned truck back on and now both the wipers and the blinkers are working fine. I thought it might be a relay or something else. That was last week. Today it happened again. Pulled over off the road and shut off truck. Turned it back on and both working properly. Anyone have this issue before? Could it be the left directional stick? Any advice is appreciated..Thanks !

If the key doesn't quite go back to the run position, it will cut out the accessories. It can be in the tumbler on the column or the switch at the base of the column.

That might be it. I do notice when I pull my keys out and start to exit truck, the warning alarm goes off telling me that the keys are still in the ignition. (Bit they're not, I pulled them) I then have to turn the ignition just a little bit more back to stop the alarm from pinging. Could this be the problem or somewhat related?

Some people have huge key rings with fobs, keys, ornaments and other heavy stuff on the key ring that swings as they drive. This can wear the key cylinder out. If it does turn out to be the key cylinder and you replace it, take the new cylinder to a lock smith and have the new cylinder rekeyed to your old key. That way you don't have but one key for the doors and ignition.
