They're about when it starts reading the O2 sensors. I think those are your problems

I’ve know they were no good for awhile, got reminded about them on this site

bosch are only good for German cars for some reason, my muffler shop here tells me they don’t switch properly and cause a lot of problems

what did you do about the air pump when you removed the cats?

heyyou can tell you about aftermarket coils and sensors for v10s Some work some don’t

also you mentioned that you have used 2 different ECMs and have the same problem?

only happens under load? And you shut it off and restart and it runs for a bit and does the same thing?

does it run bad at idle when it’s screwing up?

Try it, see what happends

it will throw codes but you can disconnect the battery after you plug them back in and erase the codes

Yeah, you can unplug the O2 sensors, without causing any problems. The cel will indeed be on, and gas mileage may suffer....... not like these beasts get the best gas mileage anyway.

I don't want it to be permanent I just want to see if it changes the problem. Im grasping at straws. I've also read that a bad coolant temp sensor can cause a lean misfire.

Temp sensors can do some truly strange things to the way your engine runs..... or not. I *think* your truck actually has two temp sensors, one for the gauge, one for the PCM. So, while the gauge may read right, the PCM may be getting a wrong signal. Trick would be to plug in with a scanner that can read data, and see what the PCM thinks is going on.

You can run without the O2 sensors as a test. I suggest that fairly often.

The 94 and 95 V10s have a control box on the inside of the passenger's fender that controls the coils or the injectors (I can't remember which at this moment). It's been over 15 years since mine failed but from what I can recall my truck displayed the same issues you're describing. The bad news is that the controller wasn't available new 15 years ago already. I got lucky enough to find one on a shelf at a salvage yard.
