Default 01 46RE TC unlocking question

I have been having the typical Torque Converter unlocking issue on the highway. After much searching I have done the following:

Tune up: Copper autolites, brass cap/rotor, 8mm wires. MSD coil.
Ran new grounds.
Alternator changed to 160amp durango. AC voltage is around 0.02V
TPS swap with known good from another 01 ram. Even bought a new one just in case.
Dropped trans pan, new filter and ATF 4+.

My autoenginuity is showing the the PCM is commanding the TC stay locked at the correct times. I ran the "Stall converter test" in the FSM and the truck stalls (Good Thing).

On the highway the TC will lock and then will unlock under almost any throttle. The TC won't lock again until I let of the throttle. The PCM is commanding that it stay locked even when the TC is unlocked. There isn't a code being thrown.

I'm starting to think it's a trans pressure or TC issue.

Has anyone that had this problem and that was fixed with TPS/grounds/alternator/noise filter, know if the PCM was commanding the unlock.

2001 Ram 1500 ORE 186k miles.

Thanks for the help!

How much of an RPM drop are you seeing when it unlocks?

200rpm ish increase while unlocked. cruise set at 65mph is about 2000rpms. when it unlocks it will stay 2100-2300 rpm, according to throttle input.

That's TCC alright..... Odd. Generally, the TPS will solve that. I haven't had a scanner plugged in when it was acting up, to see if the PCM was still commanding TCC though.....

Might try dropping the pan, and checking all the connections in there. (check the ones on the outside first..... the 8 pin connector likes to stretch, and bare wires at the connector.)
