Default 2002 Ram 1500 QC 5.9

Hello
I am new to Dodge Ram trucks and I could really use some help. I recently bought 2002 Ram 1500 QC 5.9 V8 with 206k on the miles, I paid $400 for it and I could of sell it next day for $1500 but I deceded to put some money in it and keep it for myself because I really like it and my young boys enjoy when I take them to school with it. I was able to fix most issues and is almost perfect for me just the way I like it, I am not a mechanic but I think I know a thing or two and these are the things I changed myself, So far I changed shocks, sway bars, ball joints, control arms and front wheel hubs, ac compressor, air dryer, heater core, fuel injectors, I pulled the whole carpet out and washed it good, new thermostat, all four new brake calipers, rotors, shoes and got a four new tires and bunch of other small stuff here and there. So now I have one issue that I can't figure out. I feel noise while on hwy coming like from tires or going over rumble strips, the noise comes at 50mph and over, I can hear it mostly around 60mph, doesn't come and go it's always there, and truck shakes a little when at stop light, and when I let foot of brake doesn't really roll on it's on it's like shaking a little or catching on something, only when it's hot engine, doesn't shake in the morning when I start driving, I guess when rpm's are little higher, only happens after truck reaches normal temp, I don't have codes or check engine light, it shifts really smooth, I also notice even more noise coming when I tried once to drive in 4h drive. Sorry if story too long but if anyone could help I would really appreciate the help

To me it sounds like a front wheel bearing/hub is in need of replacement.

have you checked the front axle universals? They go bad as well. Wow that truck is going to a brand new truck. You have thrown alot of parts into the truck.

You have any pictures. My truck has 170000 miles, I bought the truck for $800, with a blown motor. I've put in a new to me recycled 318 magnum engine and new rad. I've put on 10000 miles on it this year alone. I think my truck will get another 100000 miles before I need to buy a newer truck. I'm cheap, I haven't even washed the truck yet.

I pulled these leather seats yesterday from junkyard complete front and back for $180
I guess I should check cv axles than, I though my next step would be to check torque converter

Have you serviced the transmission? I did mine last spring, I found chunk of flat snap ring laying on the oil pan. There was no clutch material or other pieces/chunks in the pan. I think that my OD clutch pack might be almost spent. I'm cheap, I plan to go until it fails. Then go find a replacement 46RE in a wrecker.

My 2010 3500 cummins 4wd dodge, the front cv were toast. I had to do a few river crossing for work and they got damaged They would sweak/vibrate and feel like the front end was in 4wd all the time when ever I turned.

You have a nice looking truck, nicer than mine. My truck is a basic truck with no options other than the rear sure grip unit. The best thing is it likes to burn company gas and loves the snow/cold.
