I just ordered one of these, for my gen 1. But it works in all 9.25" diffs. Don't have to pull the carrier to install it, no special additives. Look around on summit, they have a bunch to choose from. Just depends how much you want to spend. $1,200 for a Detroit air locker?? $400 for a lunch box locker??

Well...... the year and model would help. Front or rear? It could have a 9.25, Dana 44,60, 70 or 80. What do you want to do with it? Do street manners matter?

That would be a corporate 9.25 rear then. There are lots of options available. What do you use the truck for?

This is the best out there for a limited slip, No clutches to wear out.

I would get a drop in locker, Powertrax makes a lock right and No slip for the Chrysler 9.25, both are easy to install, since you don't have to remove the carrier.
