GASP!!!!!
A chain auto parts store messed up??? I've worked on cars since 1965 (Yes, I'm old.) and the old style stores would match the new part with the old. Nowadays, not so much.
Then again, I used to have to walk 3 miles to school, up hill, both ways, in 6 inches of snow, even in the summer. I even had to break rocks up to have dirt to play with.

I was dropping my gas tank and found that the quick connect that attaches to the pressure regulator was cracked so I need a new quick connect there and don't want to buy the whole line. What size quick connect do I need? I measured the od of the regulators outlet and it it's size it just about 3/8. I picked up a 3/8 quick connect and it didn't fit. Too small.
