Can you fit 35s on a stock 01 2500

At the rear, yes. There is room for maybe a 39 incher, but at the front you"ll need to trim the lower rear section of the fender like on a picture:



I had 37" Creepy Crawlers on a 11" wide wheels (green ones on a picture), can't remember the back spacing, but they did rub a little at full lock and flex (no sway bar), and I had to trim with a sledge hammer a bit.
Now I have 2,5" leveling kit at the front, and the tires are on a 8" wide 0 ET wheels (~4,5" BS). Not much rubbing, other than the palstic inner liner that is merely there for the frontal splash shield.



But yeah, with a little trimming you shiuld be able to run them 35" tires.

thank you when you installed the leveling kit did you have to change any other parts or was the leveling kit fine by its self

I already had a shocks for a 3" lift, other than that no other parts were replaced. But I suggest to get the adjustable track bar, because lifting the front will move the axle to the the drivers side, and pretty much throws the ball joint at the track bar to the end of its operating range. Even though I had a Luke's Link, which you can adjust, the ball eventually wore beyond repair.
