I want to drive it to be sure, so didn't order it yet. Have to install my new fuel pump so my gauge works.

Then all you need to do is change a gear to correct your speedo. 30 bucks or so. If they don't have the exact one, get one that's close, then see how far off your speedo is.

According to Transmission Center the closest one will still leave me 10mph faster

They are giving you bad information. Your speedometer will be accurate, or, it will be off by a percentage of true speed. That's just the way it works. It simply isn't possible for it to be off a fixed amount.

It looks like 26 tooth is as small as they go...... there is no entry at all for 3.55 gears, and 40" tires.......

They may be. I'm new to all this as my other vehicles to just use a scanner . What do you suggest I do? See what gear I have now and then get the 26 tooth or actually see how much my speedo is off and go from there?

Regear your axles.

Since you have GPS, see what speed you are REALLY going when the speedometer says 60mph. Taking a gander at what gear you currently have in there will give you an idea of how much of a change in accuracy you will see if you change the gear.

Don't really need to regear, she will still spin the tires plus when I change the engine this summer she'll be up in the 600-1000hp so no need. Once I get done installing the 360° camera system I'll start it for a drive but the snow here I won't be able to do 60

LOLOL. Yeah, I hear ya on that. We got snow, then rain, then freezing rain, and now it's snowing again. I think 20 is going to be 'too fast' for a while.
