bout to drop the motor back in now that I've completed the rebuild. I have the odd 97 PLASTIC JUNK fuel rail, w/ no schrader valve to ever hook up to test fuel pressure. I learned this a few years ago and bout an aftermarket kit to hook up and test fuel pressure. I understand that there are metal fuel rails out there w/ schrader valves, but not sure if anyone has a partnumber or what year 5.9's I can pull from.. any help would be great. worst case, I put back the plastic junk rail that I hate... I also understand some years have male or female connected fuel rails too, need a metal one to match my 97 connection..

 

Pretty much any fuel rail from a 5.9 will work. I think the 94-96 are a direct swap. The 98 and up might require some modification of the fuel line, but, I am not 100% sure on that.
