Default Help identifying wheels

Can anybody identify these wheels? they were on our 1996 3500 Dually. I had the wheels refinished now i need to locate some new lugnuts. these wheels don't take a standard lugnut. They take a chrome one with a sleeve section that goes into the holes in the wheels to center them. Someone had suggested maybe they were made by Alcoa but i couldn't find them there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Pat

Well, they are not stock.... they look custom made..... One-offs? (six-offs???) Google image search comes up with nothin' even remotely similar.

Steel, or Aluminum? Alcoa was mostly Aluminum. Don't know if they ever made any steel wheels.
