Default Transmission shifting too fast from 3rd into 4th gear

good morning all,

my 2001 ram 5.9 4x4 is shifting perfectly from 1-2, 2-3 at 3k rpm every gear but then shifts from 3rd into 4th gear way too fast.
1 second after it shifted into 3rd gear it directly goes into 4th gear.
i already installed new governor solenoid kit, new throttle sensor, pressure sensor, etc.
all i haven't done at this point is adjust or play around with the tv cable as i am thinking that this might affect all shifting points. i only have 3-4 shifting point being off though.
it literally double shifts from 3rd right into 4th gear starting my 4th gear at around 1.5k rpms being hard on the engine.
any ideas? thank you guys very much in advance

At what speed is it going into 4th overdrive? It should not go into 4th till about 45mph.
