I have a 95 12v Cummins and I’m having a lot of wiper issues. All speeds work but they are all very very slow and will sometimes stick. I replaced the motor and I was still having this problem so I figured the motor was bad. I put another new motor on and it’s still doing the same thing. All connections are tight, my grounds have a good connection, and no fuses appear to be blown. If anyone as an idea on what it could possibly be I’d love to hear it. Thanks
