Hello, This is my first time posting. I have a 98 ram that has a ticking noise coming from the AC. I have done a lot to hunt down this problem. I have cleaned the blower motor. I have checked all the vacuum lines. all my door actuators are working correctly. The noise only starts when I go over 40 MPH. The faster I go the faster the ticking gets. When I slow down the ticking slows as well. Anyone Have this kind of problem. I had this truck all my life. She has about 190.000 miles on her

 

What makes you think it is from the A/C? Sounds more like a driveline issue.
