Default 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Loud Whistle at 3k+ RPM

My first post!

1998 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9l v8 4x4 Laramie

Okay so a while back I replaced my PCV valve and hose on my truck. After I had replaced it I noticed this weird whistle when I step on it. It’s been months now and after replacing the grommet the pcv valve goes into, checking for vacuum leaks, checking for exhaust leaks(flow master super 10 supposedly has some sort of exhaust baffle issue that sounds similar), I still cannot figure it out. Is it the PCV valve?

If the PCV valve wasn't a Mopar, that could be the issue.
