So what do I look for or keep an eye out for when reading the data or should I test each sensor with a multimeter?

Everything. I would start with fuel trims, and see what those look like. If they are bad, figure out why. If they aren't, well, cross that bridge when we come to it.

I've been driving it all morning pulled into the parts store grabbed the scanner hooked it up and that's what it says what does that mean?

What temp thermostat do you have in there??

How long had it been sitting idling? What was ambient temp at the time?
