Default Aftermarket radiators

My 96 2500 V10 has a leaky radiator, and the replacement is something I'm comfortable doing. The Dodge also has the tow package, so I'm assuming it has the 3 pass radiator? I have a gooseneck bos trailer, and also pull our 25ft travel trailer with it, so I want the best cooling possible. The truck has a 5 speed manual, so no cooler lines to deal with. What is my best bet for a quality replacement radiator? Thanks in advance.

Dealership. If they can get you one..... I don't think anyone makes the all metal radiators for the 8.0 any more.

That said, even the parts store radiators will last a good long time.....

Check with Griffin radiators. The description makes it sound like its all aluminum, but couldn't say for sure.

One thing i came across is the # of tubes used on aftermarket rads can differ from oem. I got a rad from radiator.com (lifetime warranty) and the first one that i got had less tubes than the replacement they gave me. So if you get one make sure you count the # of tubes. The one with less tubes i had issues with keeping it cool.

Original equip on the V10's is a 3 pass, the one I thought I'd get is a 2 pass. While searching for a radiator, I found an interesting article that mentioned it takes more pressure to move the water with more rows of cooling tubes. I did find a decnet pass on a 3 pass, but it was listed for either a manual (which I have) or the auto, and had the fittings for the transmission lines. Gues I'll bite the bullet and check with the 3 local parts store to see what they come up with. Thanks for the input all!

Checked with 2 auto part chain stores, and NAPA, no listing for a 3 row radiator, although the one from NAPA didn't give the specs on that. The parts guy gave me the part number, but I can't locate that part with that number. Looking at the measurement specs on the radiators on Ebay, when they measure, are they measuring just the core dimensions, or the overall with the tanks? The specs do state "Core Size"
I'm really hesitant to order a 2 row, as this truck main purpose to pulling our 2 trailers, a gooseneck dump trailer and a 25 travel trailer.

The measurement is just the core itself, not the tanks.

Thank you, I forget what Google started out as ...Found an all aluminum radiator 3 row for the HD series 2500 with the V10, for less then a 2 row at my local sources. Fingers crossed it is what they said it is.

I'll wait to see if its really the right radiator. I used the vehicle lookup to make sure it was correct, and it stated it fit this vehicle. But it also fits the 5.9. Guess I'll find out soon enough. But the supplier was Radiator Master, item number 292071895240.
